  • Mini-Retreat: The Power of Pause

    Quincy, MA  | June 9th, 1-4 pm |

For many of us, being busy is our normal state of being. But do you ever notice that sometimes, no matter how hard you try, the list of things to do never seems to get shorter? Taking a pause in the midst of everything we have going on often seems like a luxury we can’t afford. But then, surprisingly, that pause often becomes the very thing we needed.

Join Kristina Kaiser – pastor, spiritual director, wife, and mother of 4 – in an afternoon of pause. Through the use of contemplative spiritual practices, together we’ll allow ourselves to become a bit more still, to breathe in Life, and to connect in the presence of God.

We'll meet at First Presbyterian Church in Quincy, MA. Cost to attend is $20. Registration closes on June 5th.

If finances are a barrier to attend, please email us at to find out about our full and partial scholarship options.

  • Walking Retreat

    Saturday, June 17th | 10:00am – 2:00pm CST

First Presbyterian Church, Marshfield, WI 54449

The number of ways to open our awareness to the presence the Divine in our lives are vast. On this 4-hour walking retreat, we’ll take time to slow down, using our bodies and our environment to notice, hear, and connect to Presence. After short periods of teaching, participants will be encouraged to walk at their own pace, exploring as much or as little of the church grounds as they would like. We’ll hope to spend quite a bit of time outdoors, weather permitting, and so sunscreen, walking shoes and comfortable clothing are recommended.

Things to bring: A water bottle, snacks, and a lunch

Other things you may want: A journal, a camera, and/or a blanket
