Half-Day Yoga & Wellness Retreat
Join us on October 23rd for a morning of yoga, reflection and prayers as we orient our body-mind-spirit towards God.
Co-facilitated by Christina Roberts and Certified Yoga Instructor, Alicia Kim.
The day will include yin yoga (all levels welcome) group meditation, personal reflection time and lunch.
We'll meet at Holy Wisdom Monastery from 9am to 1pm. Registration for this event closes on October 6th.
